Our Coalitions meet throughout the year to bring together like-minded members of our business community so we can learn from them and they can experience the Chamber’s offerings. Each meeting will feature a speaker or presentation on a timely topic. Please check the events calendar on our website for upcoming meetings and events hosted by our Coalitions Council.

About the Downtown Kissimmee Council

The Downtown Kissimmee Council Board of Directors holds monthly meetings to discuss matters specific to business in and around Downtown Kissimmee. The Council’s focus includes:

Active promotion of Downtown business and events
Celebration of aesthetic improvements and innovative enhancements in the Downtown area
Providing leadership on major issues affecting the overall well-being of business in the area and advocating in the best interest of Downtown Business
Holding an annual update on all things downtown

Festival of Lights Illumination Grant

The Downtown Kissimmee Council’s Board of Directors is proud to launch the inaugural “Illumination Grant” program to support local businesses in their effort to make Downtown Kissimmee a holiday destination for shoppers. For this first year we are focusing on businesses with storefronts facing Broadway. Reimbursement grants are available on a first come, first served basis for those who purchase and install lights for the purpose of holiday decor in order to participate in Kissimmee’s Festival of Lights event, November 29, 2025 - January 6, 2026.
